About Free Replacements
Which items are eligible for Replacement?
Item that is returned because it arrived in a damaged/defective condition or was different from what was ordered, will be eligible for a replacement, provided the exact item is available.
Note: If an eligible item is out of stock, it cannot be replaced. Only a refund against the returned amount will be issued And Item will not be applicable for replacement if the item be Used or Damaged by Buyer. Time period of replacement only 10 Days.

If the standard time-frame as mentioned above has passed and you have still not received the refund, please contact your credit or debit card issuer or your bank for more information.
COD Refund to Bank Account via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)
You will need to update following information to enable us to process a refund to your account:
- The Bank Account Number
- IFSC Code
- Account Holder's Name
- Bank Branch
- Bank Name
Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your SEGA account should match with the name of the bank account holder.
NEFT refunds will typically be processed in one business day from our end and will be credited to your account in three business days.
